Ezio Community Development Services is helping homeowners improve the beautification of their homes
and neighborhoods. This is achieved by partnering with general contractors and homeowners to implement landscaping improvements, remodel upgrades and essential repairs that can improve living conditions for families, children, and elderly residents.

HOME REMODEL AND REPAIR GRANT - INFORMATIONAL MEETINGS
Ezio Community Development Services, Inc. want to ensure qualified residents are applying for the grant program. Therefore, we are hosting two informational meetings to explain the program, application, eligibility requirements, income limits, and answer questions.
Each session will review the same information. We scheduled two meetings to provide flexibility for residents. Sign-up for the meeting that best works for your schedule. To attend the virtual meeting, you must register to receive the meeting link.

Thank you for your interest in our grant process. Complete the information below, pay the $25 non-refundable application fee, and download the application. The application, completed checklist, required documents, and fee receipt must be submitted before your grant package will be reviewed. All documents should be added to Google Drive.
